As a receptionist, you're at the heart of our company's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps our team moving forward.

You anticipate the needs of managers, team members, and clients and help them with any issues before they arise.

You move quickly in a changing environment, have strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as possessing strong judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients providing excellent customer service

• Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (book appointments, manage schedules, and general clerical support).

• Work cohesively with managers and colleagues

• Ability to effectively communicate in both Korean & English

• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills for a fast paced work environment

• Professional, positive, and friendly attitude

• Reliable, team player able to work 3-5 days a week on a long term basis
