• Prepare skill building activities and lessons prior to camp-be able to teach fundamentals in a new and creative ways.

• Have working knowledge of rules and etiquette.

• Teach early bird activities to campers and counselors from 7:15-8:00 A.M. up to four times per week.

• Teach golf to campers six periods a day.

• Offer specialized instruction during Selective and Hobby Hour like putting, pitching, chipping, long game, etc.

• Help plan/organize and accompany campers on at least one golf trip during the summer.

• Make sure the trips are on the camp schedule before the summer starts so that everyone knows when they are ahead of time.

• Experience teaching

• Excellent player able to demonstrate all elements of the game

• Experience working with children

• Available from June 17 – August 13,2017 (dates may be flexible).

• Interest in becoming an integral part of our Key Staff with appropriate camp responsibilities

• Salary commensurate with experience

COUNSELING IS A CHALLENGING yet extremely rewarding job. From wake-up until bedtime (approximately 14 to 16 hours a day), you will be supervising, teaching, and counseling your campers.
