Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provides administration for a comprehensive manpower/personnel management program for the Edwards Research Site.
- Assists in a range of personnel support for a broad spectrum of operations related to the Human Resources (HR) area including coordination and maintenance of human resources/personnel related matters.
- Provides guidance and input to managers on proper position management and classification of new/revised lab demo positions.
- Determines basic eligibility and qualifications for DHA/EHA recruitment actions, recommends recruiting sources, and staffing support/guidance for non-DHA/EHA recruitment actions.
- Provides management with pay analysis of past fill actions, bureau of labor statistics data, and organizational-wide data in comparison to AFRL-wide data for Lab Demo positions to set pay.
- Supports updates to automation applications for information tracking databases, staffing models, SharePoint systems, and generating recurring and special reports.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting briefings/presentations to inform managers of new personnel management matters, human resources, Air Force initiatives, priorities, and studies.
- Assisting in developing and evaluating programs for providing or improving administrative services; analyzing issues, making recommendations, and alternative solutions including development of policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- United States Citizenship
- The ability to obtain and maintain required Secret security clearance
- For DO-01, must have at least one year of specialized experience at the DU-02 pay band (GS-6 or equivalent).
- For DO-02, must have at least one year of specialized experience at the DO-01 pay band (GS-11 or equivalent) or above.
- Specialized experience is experience interpreting and applying Air Force and other applicable federal and related laws, regulations, instructions, and guidance to provide management advisory services on personnel related matters.
