    Job Description

    As the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for our Boutique & Wholesale Retail employee population and general support to parts the PCD Commercial population. In this role, you will operate in a generalist capacity by developing and executing HR initiatives across the following areas: talent management, performance management, training and development, compliance, and employee relations. As a key member of the HR team, you will partner with the Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner in the implementation and execution of programs that aim to attract, coach, develop, and manage the organization’s talent pool, while continuously evaluating the effectiveness of the organization’s talent processes.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP

    • Serve as the primary HR contact for the Boutique & Wholesale Retail Teams and broader PCD organization as needed.
    • Lead HR Strategies and serve as HR Project Manager for new boutique locations in partnership with Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner.
    • Provide comprehensive HR support for new Boutique openings and other key transformation areas ensuring seamless and consistent practices.
    • Act as a liaison between the field/retail population and corporate teams.
    • Ensure the precise and timely execution of HR operations.

    TALENT MANAGEMENT

    • Provide comprehensive HR support, ensuring seamless and consistent practices and compliance with Federal and State laws.
    • Ensure all policies and practices are aligned to support a diverse employee population and inclusive work culture.
    • Provide insight and feedback to people managers, representing the voice of employees. Advise, mentor and guide people leaders, to develop positive employee engagement capability and leadership skills.
    • Serves as the labor relations subject matter expert in consultations with HRBPs, Employee Relations, Legal and business leaders to help facilitate organizational changes and respond to employee feedback.
    • Participate in development of policy and procedure guidelines as needed.
    • Provide consultation, guidance and coaching to retail teams to ensure the appropriate management and resolution of employee relations issues. Conduct internal investigations in response to employee complaints.
    • Conduct exit interviews of voluntary terminations; analyze trends and recommend solutions.
    • Manage all retail/field internal employee communications.
    • Provide comprehensive HR support, ensuring seamless and consistent practices and compliance with Federal and State laws.
    • Draw conclusions and recommendations based on trends of HR data points – foster a test & learn mindset.

    TALENT ACQUISITION

    • Identify talent risks and support in securing a healthy talent pipeline for our Boutique & Wholesale Retail teams.
    • Manage retail recruiting needs in partnership with the Talent Team.
    • Assists with development and implementation of HR programs to source, recruit, hire, develop and train Management associates to fill vacancies and to provide candidates for the future growth of the Company.
    • Lead new store opening recruitment strategies in partnership with the business and Talent Acquisition team to ensure a diverse and population.

    TALENT DEVELOPMENT

    • Partner with cross functional HR teams to optimize an Onboarding program catered to the Retail population ensuring there is a solid framework in place, the process is continually upgraded, and the employee experience is at the center.
    • Help coach, create and design content of performance reviews, objectives and developmental stretch assignments in alignment with goals of company and aspirations of employees.
    • Support mobility process for employees in partnership with the Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Team.
    • Elevate employee engagement and create an exceptional employee experience that reflects our luxury standards.
    • Conduct regular pulse checks & employee surveys, analyze results and propose key initiatives based on employee feedback.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector across the full HR spectrum (Performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management and succession planning, employee relations, Labor relations) underpinned with strong business acumen.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, goal oriented with a strong drive for results.
    • Knowledgeable in Retail business KPI’s and retail math.
    • Highly motivated & organized with good time management skills. Strong ability to plan and forecast.
    • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficient attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software.
    • 30-40% domestic travel.
    • Hybrid in office schedule of 4 days in NYC office 1 day remote. Subject to change based on business needs.

    While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $115,000-$130,000.
