Starting Salary Range: The starting salary range for this position will be in the $63,200 to $65,096 range, depending on experience, education, and skills relevant to the position. Please note that the indicated starting salary range describes the range for an incumbent in this position. Most new staff generally start at the beginning of the range percentile to ensure internal salary equity.
Be a part of the Legacy, Be part of something BIGGER! Conservation Legacy is hiring a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager This is an exciting full-time position, technical position! The HRIS Manager will manage Conservation Legacy's HR technology systems, providing customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules. This professional will also ensure the efficiency and accuracy of HR data, optimize HR systems and processes, and support the HR team with technology-related inquiries.

Join us in making an impact by being a key contributor during the implementation of a new HRIS. The HRIS Manager will then provide ongoing support for various business units throughout the organization and will lead the development and execution of vital on-going HRIS training.
Qualifications:
· Two years’ HRIS administration experience to include customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
· Thorough understanding of general information systems with a technical understanding of an HRIS.
· Four years’ experience as an HRIS Manager or in a similar role.
· Three years’ training and facilitation skills.
· Familiarity with payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
