    JOB SUMMARY

    Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

    Responsible for development, maintenance, and execution of quality assurance test plans to support all Radwell’s applications and websites. Responsible for creation and execution of automated test scripts along with proper reporting and tracking of issues and bugs discovered during testing.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Required to gain specialized knowledge of Radwell International operational functions, procedures, and systems; such as, Sales order processing, purchasing, and inventory management, shipping, accounting functions, and websites.
    • Become knowledgeable about ongoing development projects and system changes to create meaningful use cases and test data.
    • Ability to document and communicate to the development and analyst teams issues that were discovered during testing
    • Track QA progress, bug tracking status, aging of bug resolution
    • Must regularly report status to management and proactively provide updates on current open issues.
    • Verify software enhancements and resolutions work as expected and do not cause issues in other areas of the same or different applications.
    • Provide end user customer technical support for level 3 issues as needed
    • Deploy software changes to various environments, including production, as needed and manage releases through Change Control.
    • Conduct Business Analysis of processes and identify process improvements as needed
    • Perform work in an efficient manner
    • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with team members and end users
    • Other tasks may also be required from time to time, at the discretion of management, in order to achieve department and company objectives.

    METRICS

    Applications Support Analysts will be measured on the quality of their work and on how effectively they completed and closed support tasks including, but not limited to, development project support, systems analysis, and root cause evaluation when compared to the outlined quarterly Sprint review objectives.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    It is essential that the candidate possesses or can quickly acquire the necessary knowledge of the following systems that are crucial to the business:

    • Experience with an automated software testing tool
    • Experience with bug tracking software and reporting
    • Prophet 21
    • Radwell’s proprietary software and websites
    • Microsoft Office
    • MS SQL Server 2008 and 2012

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Two to four years related experience performing quality assurance and regression testing

    Essential Functions

    • Help administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
    • Helps provide technical assistance on the project, interprets contract drawings and submittals
    • Assist assistant superintendent, project superintendent, and project manager with daily and weekly tasks including daily reports, daily safety walks, weekly quantity reports, and weekly schedule updates
    • Understand the project schedule and the critical path
    • Review content for the short-term plan
    • Participate in the quality program including attending meetings, performing inspections, and verifying materials
