    Job Overview

    This job announcement will be accepting candidate submissions from 24 February to 4 March 2025.

    • Assists the Wing Chief Engineer in assessing and evaluating the current state of every program within the organization on a continuous basis. This includes strategic initiatives to help create and develop novel approaches to effectively and efficiently examine the organization’s program portfolio using advanced digital technologies and innovative data analytics techniques.
    • Serve as the Information Manager (IM) for the Chief Engineer’s office to ensure that effective and efficient processes are established and o versee ing business operations including but not limited to scheduling meeting s , managing w orkflow t askers, and managing the Chief Engineer’s SharePoint sites .
    • Additionally, help performs technical quantitative or qualitative work in support of program management and systems engineering analysis.
    • Responsible for maintaining data/information systems including Science & Technology Information (STINFO), financial, manpower, schedules, Key Performance Parameters (KPPs) and other resources for assigned programs within the organization.
    • Ensures all required systems engineering and program management data are entered and updated in the program management system. Analyzes program and project objectives to identify actual or potential areas of concern.

    Required Qualifications

    • United States Citizenship
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
    • Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade, GS-11 or equivalent in other pay systems. Specialized experience must include experience providing human resources management program guidance in areas such as effective recruitment and conducting human resource management studies on organizational analysis.
