The Direct Loan Processor (“DLP”) is accountable for closing approved consumer loan applications. The DLP is responsible for contacting members primarily through the telephone, obtaining information, preparing loan documents and cross-selling products and services based upon identified member financial needs. The DLP creates a memorable member experience through their professional interactions, living the service promises and complying with the credit union’s policies and procedures.

Required Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
PLUS
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals; One (1) to three (3) years’ experience selling consumer or mortgage loans.
