JOB SUMMARY
MONDAY-FRIDAY 10AM-7PM
Primary duty of this position is to inspect all items sent from PLC Center QA Production Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ORDER CLOSING CHECKLIST
- All previous Labels Removed except OEMs labels
- Applied labels are straight, neat and complete (Lot, S# and Warranty void)
- All items are Clean
- All loose items need to be fully secured. (eg: Screws are tightened)
- Monitor screens should have cardboard attached to prevent scratching
- Cables need to be coiled and fastened with a cable tie before packaging.
- Chip foam should be used to protect pins that could be easily bent
- All repair orders must have a work report.
- Verify Lot, Bin and shelf physically as well as in the Shipping window prior to invoicing.
- All CSE needs to be accounted for prior to invoicing.
- If Surplus/Repair & exposed circuitry is present, unit(s) enclosed in as small as possible protective ESD mylar bag(s)
- If Surplus/Repair & exposed circuitry is not present, unit(s) enclosed in as small as possible protective pink bag(s).
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- Frequent walking
- Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
- Lifting requirements include frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One to three years related experience and/or training a plus
- Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus
