    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our office team. The ideal candidate will have experience with B2B wholesale transactions, working with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), customer service, and data entry of product SKUs. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and office functions, as well as inventory tracking.

    Key Responsibilities:

    B2B Wholesale Transactions:

    Manage and process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently.

    Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment.

    Handle B2B customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

    EDI Operations:

    Utilize EDI systems to manage order processing and invoicing.

    Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues.

    Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all EDI transactions.

    Customer Service:

    Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

    Resolve order discrepancies and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Maintain strong relationships with customers and address their needs promptly.

    Data Entry:

    Accurately enter product SKUs and other relevant data into the inventory management system.

    Maintain and update records for inventory, orders, and shipments.

    Ensure all data entry is completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

    General Office Duties:

    Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations.

    Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on order statuses and customer feedback.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.

    Proven experience in a similar role within a B2B wholesale environment.

    Proficiency in using EDI systems and understanding of EDI processes.

    Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.

    Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and inventory management software.

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
