We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and patient care, with a focus on specimen collection and processing. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely blood collection while providing exceptional service to patients in our high-end luxury clinic.

Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures for blood specimen collection.

Adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and specimen integrity.

Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory analysis.

Maintain compliance with laboratory procedures and protocols.

Provide excellent patient service by explaining procedures and addressing any concerns.

Document all relevant information regarding specimen collection and patient interactions.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care initiatives.

Stay updated on medical terminology, physiology knowledge, and advancements in phlebotomy practices.

Experience

Previous experience in concierge medicine clinic or boutique clinic settings is preferred but not mandatory.

Familiarity with specimen collection processing and laboratory procedures is advantageous.

Knowledge of medical terminology and physiology is beneficial for effective communication within the healthcare team.

Strong interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care and service.

Hours and Schedule

This position is on call Monday and Friday 8AM-11AM depending on patient schedules.
