We are looking for Preschool Directors who are enthusiastic and passionate about education and child development.

Your Mission:

Develop positive relationships with parents, children, and co-workers.

Work to develop excellent leadership to supervise and inspire your team to work diligently.

Perform sales and customer service duties when selling the school and registering new children to maintain high occupation goals.

Provide a warm, nurturing, safe, and loving environment where self-concepts are enhanced, independence is encouraged, and individuality is respected.

Ensure that the educational model and curriculum are applied and implemented successfully.

Execute leadership, which involves communicating, inspiring, supervising, and motivating the team to act towards achieving the schools and organizational goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields

Experience managing and leading teams in customer service centered industries is critical

Must speak English. Bilingual Spanish-English is a plus

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Directors and Staff Credentials for Child Care Center Director as required by ELC and DCF

45 hours DCF Requirements

People, customer service, and sales skills are necessary
