Job Description
The Equipment Coordinator will help to track, maintain, and evaluate all PRE job related company equipment in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. They will work to keep all equipment accounted for.

The Equipment Coordinator will help to track, maintain, and evaluate all PRE job related company equipment in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. They will work to keep all equipment accounted for.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and send weekly reports to department groups.
• Organize, review and update running lists of active and non-active equipment assets.
• Receive, process, and enter job related fleet/equipment requests.
• Understand a variety of the field operations concepts, practices, and work procedures.
• Manage the assignment, sourcing, and logistics of organization’s vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure data system are updated timely and accurately.
• Other related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Up to 2 years of administrative or coordinator experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to create, format, and maintain spreadsheets, including formulas.
• Ability to travel if needed.

• Salary $50,000 - $55,500 annually, dependent on experience, qualifications, and competencies.
