    Job Description

    We’re looking for a Vice President, Product and Solution Marketing to join Procore’s global go to market and marketing team as a groundbreaking leader. In this role, you’ll lead a global team of product, solution and technical marketers who will revolutionize the industry with a best in class portfolio positioned and messaged to the right persona at the right time. As leader of this team, you’ll need to be both a product and market expert who develops product and solution positioning and messaging while defining the target buyer segments across various audiences and global go to market motion. You will need to provide competitive intel and positioning that consistently informs product launch plans that drive awareness, preference, purchase, adoption, and growth whilst enabling supporting teams to execute revenue-focused go-to-market strategies.

    As a VP, Product and Solution Marketing , you’ll partner across the organization with other teams such as Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to bring a multi-channel marketing approach to driving awareness and demand for products and services to our customers in the construction industry. Leveraging deep marketing knowledge, along with your exceptional EQ, IQ, creativity, and relationship skills will be critical to ensuring success. Knowledge of and experience driving global go to market strategies is a critical requirement of the role. It is critical in this role, that the appointed candidate is able to drive go to market strategy whilst also leveraging the strength of the third party software ecosystem to tell an integrated portfolio story based on regional brand and portfolio position. This position reports into our Chief Marketing Officer and can be remote or based in one of Procore’s US-based office locations. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

    What you’ll do:

    • Build, coach, and lead a best-in-class product marketing and sales enablement organization
    • Drive execution of the new and existing go-to-market strategy including the product launch process globally.
    • Work closely with the sales and enablement teams to develop strategy and content that enables the sales team to shorten the sale cycle and improve rates, while reducing churn
    • Build a communications strategy and compelling messaging to drive awareness and consideration for products, as well as drive product adoption among existing customers
    • Lead the target buyer and user segment definition process for products and services to drive marketing programs strategy and provide insights to internal teams
    • Collaborate, lead, and create targeted content for campaigns and programs that drive awareness, preference, purchase and adoption globally.
    • Work closely with Product Leadership to understand the details of a product release, and translate that information into our customer solutions, messaging documentation, and internal readiness for product launch
    • Be an evangelist for the company and product within the company, helping everyone understand key positioning and messages
    • Also has a deep connection to the construction industry and the competitive landscape
    • Work closely with clients and users alike to drive awareness, adoption and advocacy.

    What we’re looking for:

    • 10+ years of Product and/or Product Marketing experience in software, with a track record of successfully marketing similar products or solutions
    • Proven experience developing short and long term strategies and leading multiple layers of a Product Marketing organization
    • Evidence of shaping customer and data-driven strategies, driving the successful delivery of complex product marketing campaigns
    • Knowledge of the varying stages of the customer journey and the strategies required at each stage to drive results.
    • Proven success collaborating and effectively communicating with all levels of the organization including but not limited to product, customer success, sales, and executive teams to launch new products
    • Deep expertise in product positioning - demonstration of the ability to drive strategy and creation of internal and external product enablement collateral that can effectively move the needle in a growth company
    • Ability to dive into the weeds on execution -- but able to zoom out and navigate high-level strategy
    • Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to research and synthesize ample data about specific markets
    • Ability to navigate vagueness and drive clarity
    • You subscribe to a customer-first mindset -- empathizing with the needs of customers and matching value to them.
    • Highly motivated, you take ownership and hold yourself, and team, accountable
    • Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills.

    Additional experience that would be of value add:

    • Understanding of the construction industry and the con-tech landscape
    • Passion for the built world
    • Bachelor’s Degree and ideally an MBA

    Additional Information

    Base Pay Range $225,200-$309,650. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
