Job Description
Procore is looking for a SOLUTIONS ENGINEER, OVERLAY, WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT to join our Solutions Engineering team. In this role, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert in communicating the value of our Field Productivity Workforce Tracking products through technical acumen, strategic consultation, and executive presence.
As a SOLUTIONS ENGINEER, OVERLAY, WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT, you’ll apply industry and vertical-specific knowledge to establish how the Procore Workforce Management products can improve a company’s business processes. Within this strategy, you’ll work alongside Account Executives to demonstrate the product’s capabilities and align with all stakeholders from Product and Technology to Product Marketing while maintaining relationships with the other organizations at Procore.
This position will report to our Manager, Solutions Engineering, Overlay, and has the opportunity to be located in any of our North America offices or be primarily remote within a North American time zone. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to both internal teams and customer stakeholders, sharing insights to help customers improve their business processes surrounding the financial products of Procore
Run in-depth technical demonstrations that highlight Procore’s Workforce Management product values as well as uncover and demonstrate technical compatibilities
Delve into the customer’s tech stack and processes to identify any areas where Workforce Management can create efficiency gains or benefits
Plan and execute proof of concepts and technical validations, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process
Ensure a thorough handover of the customer to the team responsible for onboarding and implementation
Work with the Product teams to ideate, give feedback and deliver updates to the sales team on releases
Build back to Product teams what revenue opportunities could come from pursuing product improvements
Support adoption of product roadmap and vision across the sales organization
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
8+ years in the enterprise construction industry; preferably at a self perform construction company/or 5+ years sales engineering experience
Deep experience with timekeeping and workforce planning within the constructions industry; emphasis on knowledge of the current landscape of tools and technologies in this space
Working knowledge of construction ERP/Payroll solutions (Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 Contractor, Viewpoint Vista, Paylocity, ADP) is a plus
Experience managing an internal workforce in terms of rostering, scheduling, and time management
Ability to establish credibility with an executive audience
Strong problem solving, analytical, and active listening skills
High degree of curiosity and innovative mindset attuned to construction technology
Strategic in cross-departmental communication
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $63-$74/hour plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $186,400-$221,350. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience education or training, and location.
