Job Description
We’re looking for a FIELD READINESS ARCHITECT to drive the strategic and tactical enablement of Procore Platform. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise of the construction industry and Procore’s software platform to provide detailed training sessions and best practices on utilizing the systems. You’ll partner with Product Managers to deliver feature enhancement feedback, and communicate and train product updates to the rest of the organization. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Be the product expert; understand the Procore product and processes better than anyone else
Partner with product managers to develop roadmap enhancements, review and test design concepts, QA/QC product updates and deliver client feedback
Assess the enablement needs of key stakeholders and work with Marketing Managers to develop and deliver in-depth end user trainings
Conduct on-demand, webinar, and in-person training sessions for Procore team members, partners and clients
Create and deliver detailed product update communications to internal and external stakeholders
Foster a positive team culture by onboarding, training, and mentoring team members
Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices and drive Procore’s evolution as a market leader
Develop a mastery of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Construction or marketing industry professionals with 8+ years of experience looking to transition into a fast-paced software enablement role
Previous experience as a Project Manager or Marketing Manager; Knowledge of Owner, General Contractor, and/or Specialty Contractor processes preferred
Experience utilizing the Procore Platform on large capital projects; Product knowledge expertise preferred
Experience establishing detailed SOPs or training programs preferred
Training or software support preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Certifications/licenses
Additional Information Base Pay Range $121,800-$167,475. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
