Responsibilities: • Generate in-person appointments for our sales team by qualifying inbound leads generated through our marketing efforts • Place Approximately 90+ Outbound dials per day to Homeowners within our CRM to engage in a quality conversation and gauge readiness to sell their home • Nurture your leads pipeline to ensure you remain in contact with your homeowenr and are ready to help them • Engage daily in our advanced sales training and mentorship program to build lasting success • Openly seek and implement feedback to improve performance Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • 3 years of direct B2C Sales Experience Compensation: $52,000 yearly
