CONSTRUCTION SUB-CONTRACTOR (WINDOW/DOOR INSTALLATION)

RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN- MACON, GA

We are in search of hardworking, self-motivated, and experienced window and door installers who are looking for a full-time, year round opportunity to become installers for Renewal by Andersen; the number one window manufacturer in the country.

POSITION:

• We are currently seeking experienced and reliable subcontractors with at least a two-man crew to install replacement windows and doors in the Macon, Georgia area.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in residential window and door replacement installation. Must have excellent carpentry skills and provide references of completed work.
• Must provide an enclosed trailer or truck to transport material. For window/door installations, you must have a window rack, metal break, and must supply your own tools. Candidate must also provide liability, auto and workers’ compensation insurance.

REQUIREMENTS:

*High School diploma with at least 3+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors.

*MUST have excellent and verifiable carpentry skills.

*MUST have a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.

*MUST provide enclosed trailer or truck equipped to transport windows along with an metal break and tools to perform window/door installations.

*MUST be fully insured and provide proof of liability, auto and workers’ compensation insurance.

*MUST be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty and lift up to 90 lbs. without help.

*MUST possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills.

*Positive attitude and strong communication skills required.
