Job Description
The purpose of this position is to manage and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for the internal staffing at Richmond Window Corporation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and direct the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, written & verbal feedback for all candidates from entry to senior level.
Build a pipeline for multiple requisitions across all departments by partnering with hiring managers to build strategy.
Educate hiring mangers on process and interview best practices and decision making.
Performance measurement & bonus opportunities- Successful placement of candidates in the Proximity Marketing & Event departments with a retention of 10 or more consecutive business days and successful placement of candidates in all other departments with a days-to-fill approach. Must be able to track, report and implement corrective action for underperformance. Develop appropriate reporting techniques in Excel and have this available for review at all times.
Maximize candidate and interviews – optimize/refine staffing, hours of operation, scripts, contact schedule, processes and systems to maximize conversion of calls to qualified interviews/hires.
Minimize interview cancellations – optimize/refine staffing, scripts, contact schedule, processes and systems to minimize interview cancellations and maximize retention. Work to ensure proper schedules for available interview times.
Best practices capture/sharing – develop and document best practices internally. Actively seek out other retailers within the network as well as other companies to identify and import best practices. Document and share with the retailer network via appropriate communication vehicles.
Training – Implement and oversee weekly meetings with hiring managers and the Marketing Director to keep requisition and staffing goals up-to-date.
Process improvement – identify opportunities to establish/improve processes internally within the organization. Drive process acceptance and implementation.
Data Accuracy - Work to ensure accurate data is entered into the tracking sheet for recruiting and all applications and folders are filed in accordance with the law.
Analysis - analyze trends and results of candidate capture and interview cancellations; recommend overall corrective actions and opportunities to maximize location and enterprise-wide sales. Present information in a structured and quantified manner.
Collaborate closely with corporate marketing lead generators to calibrate lead flow and spending relative to annual budget as well as sales capacity
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Become versed in all other aspects of Richmond Window Corporation (including marketing, in-home selling, installation, operations, ISC, and customer care) to fully understand their impact on the customer experience.
Other duties as assigned by Marketing Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 1.5 years of full-cycle recruiting, successfully identifying, qualifying and closing exceptional candidates
Minimum of 1.5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
Demonstrated ability to influence marketing tactics, finding innovative and create ways to recruit, coordinate staffing events/fairs, working with the Marketing department and attend company events through the central VA region to obtain staffing, canvass local retailers and post open requisition flyers
Demonstrated ability to overcome objections, negotiate positive outcomes and present positive image of the company
Ability to develop and manage a departmental budget
Ability to work with all levels and types of people and to appreciate diversity and represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation and writing skills
