While our primary markets are concentrated in the Southeast, our capabilities extend nationwide, allowing us to effectively serve clients wherever their projects take them.

We are currently looking to add a Service Estimator with experience in Commercial Roofing Service and Repair to our team. This role will have opportunities to support growth in the department across the Southeast. This position will report to the Director of Service and be a part of a collaborative and engaging team serving our commercial and industrial customers.

Job Duties:

• Develop proposals for roof repair estimates by using departmental standards
• Incorporate and transfer data received from Service Technicians
• Incorporate and transfer information to estimate as needed
• Create description and explanation of estimate in template in a clear and concise manner for client to understand
• Contact current vendors for pricing
• Contact manufacturers for special requirements for various materials
• Maintain through knowledge of each specification and requirement for specific jobs
• Prepare estimates in prearranged time schedule specific for each job

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years’ experience in estimating commercial roofing repairs
• Commercial roofing field experience preferred
• General commercial roofing knowledge
• Experience with Microsoft office products
• Experience with BUR, Metal, TPO, PVC, EPDM, and Modified repairs required
• Excellent written skills to create clear and concise documentation
