Job Description:
Procore Technologies is seeking a Staff Cybersecurity Technical Program Manager to join our Cybersecurity Organization, with a focus on ensuring seamless department operations and alignment. In this role, you will manage the operational cadence of the cybersecurity team, facilitating key updates, reviews, and communications, while driving internal and external reporting to stakeholders. You'll be pivotal in maintaining alignment across the team, ensuring that timelines and communications flow efficiently to keep all team members and leaders informed.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day cybersecurity department operations, with a focus on process efficiency, communication, and organizational alignment.
Facilitate regular Operational Reviews and department-wide updates, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with timelines, key milestones, and program objectives.
Drive cross-functional communication within the cybersecurity team and across the organization to keep all stakeholders informed, aligned, and updated on deliverables and progress.
Serve as a central point for internal communications, ensuring the timely delivery of updates, including monthly reviews and status reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
Manage external reporting efforts, including the preparation and delivery of comprehensive program updates to stakeholders outside the department.
Coordinate and maintain alignment on schedules and deliverables across various initiatives within the cybersecurity organization, ensuring that the team adheres to key deadlines and project goals.
Ensure operational issues are identified early and facilitate appropriate responses to mitigate risks and maintain smooth team functioning.
Develop and deliver executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of validated experience in program management roles, ideally within technology or cybersecurity environments.
Demonstrated ability to ensure the smooth execution of operations and communications within complex, cross-functional teams.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage timelines, facilitate meetings, and drive alignment across teams.
Proven ability to coordinate operational reviews and provide concise, executive-level reporting to leadership.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across a range of stakeholders.
Experience in cybersecurity or related fields is preferred, with familiarity in managing programs that align with security operations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.

Additional Information
Base Pay Range $158,680 - $218,185. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
