    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Talent Development Program Manager to lead and execute key Talent Development programs that drive employee growth and leadership development at Procore. In this role, you’ll partner closely with other Talent Development (TD) program managers, Talent Business Partners (TBPs) and the TD Leadership Team to build and oversee critical employee and leadership development initiatives. This includes designing, delivering and managing programs that continue to develop key organizational capabilities.

    The role requires a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful leadership development programs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong program management skills, an unmatched ability to collaborate across teams, and a passion for cultivating and growing talent in a fast-paced environment.

    This position will report to the Head of Learning & Leadership and has the opportunity to be based in our headquarters in Carpinteria, CA or Austin, TX.

    What you’ll do:

    • Manage & facilitate new and existing programs, delivering enterprise-wide Talent Development programs.

    • Influence the design and development of programs with a product and customer-first mindset, leveraging ADDIE and adult learning principles, as needed.

    • Support the execution of senior leadership programs, including bi-annual summits and executive coaching initiatives.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (TD Program Managers, People Leaders, TBPs, and TD Leadership Team) to understand talent needs and align leadership development strategies with organizational priorities that drive culture and business transformation.

    • Orchestrate and execute comprehensive change and communication plans to promote program initiatives, drive progress through clear and timely actions, resolve blockers and escalate issues when needed.

    • Create and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.

    • Continuously assess the effectiveness of our programs through feedback and metrics from program participants and key stakeholders, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

    What we’re looking for:

    • BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Development Business Administration or a related discipline. Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.

    • Proven experience (5+ years) in talent management program and project management, particularly in leadership development initiatives.

    • Strong facilitation skills, including experience delivering remote and in-person sessions.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze data, establish KPIs and leverage insights to influence decisions.

    • Experience working with external providers and coaching vendors.

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Additional Information

    Base Pay Range $113,560 - $156,145. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
