    Join our team leading the transformation of the AFRL Digital Capabilities Directorate. The Service Delivery and Support Division is looking to fill a mid-level Program Manager, Information Technology Specialist, or other job series at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.

    Position Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Serves as program manager for digital platforms such as ServiceNow, Google, or other digital infrastructure
    • Managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk for digital capabilities across the lifecycle for digital Information Technology IT solutions
    • Collaborating with the IT Product Owner to incorporate user feedback and enhance user adoption
    • Managing technical architecture, systems engineering, and services for transitioning digital capabilities into operations
    • Contributing to acquisition strategies for infrastructure, software, and services
    • Working with contracting organizations to design flexible contracting arrangements
    • Planning operations and sustainment support for digital enterprise capabilities with stakeholders
    • Facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals
    • Engaging in process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
    • Preparing risk assessments and corrective action plans
    • Communicating IT service delivery strategies, plans, and issues with leadership

    Required Qualifications

    • US Citizenship
    • Engineer (0800): To meet eligibility of an Engineer, applicants must meet the following basic requirements. Degree in Engineering. The program must have been ABET accredited.     • Must have at least one year of specialized experience at the DR/DO-01/GS-11 or equivalent grade level of the position being advertised
    • Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance
    • This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to pre-employment drug testing as a condition of employment, and participation n random drug testing
    • Males must be registered for Selective Service, www.sss.gov.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience leading cross-organizational teams or programs
    • An advanced academic degree is highly desired
