Tires Plus is currently looking for a full-time Service Manager to join our Sioux Falls team! The ideal candidate will have previous experience, including but not limited to the bullet points listed below. Training will also be provided. This position is a full-time, 40 hours/week with an opportunity for more. Position also comes with a complete benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) and vehicle repair/maintenance plans for employees and family. Starting wage is dependent on prior experience and skill set. 60k plus a year is possible as well as sign on bonuses available. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
