Qualifications Essential Duties/Responsibilities * Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with recruiters/TA Managers to discuss needs. * Execute and drive current Talent Acquisition recruiting strategies and business acumen. * Leverage sourcing tools to build a candidate pipeling for current recruiting needs. * Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements. * Partner TA Associate(s) to ensure we are delivering an exceptional candidate experience. * Maintain job/industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. * Enter and maintain candidate information in applicant tracking system. * Document research methods and sourcing strategies so they may be shared with other recruiting team members. Analyze market and demographic data. Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants. Manage referral sources. * Manage offer negotiation process by working with Hiring Managers and making offer recommendations to close on selected candidates. Present offers and conduct offer negotiations with candidates. * Manage Hiring Manager relationships by providing Hiring Manager with updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity. Work with Hiring Manager to determine best fit candidates, receive timely feedback and present/manage offers. Consult with Hiring Manager to troubleshoot and resolve recruiting issues related to process or specific positions. Job Requirements & Qualifications * Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent education and/or related work experience. * 2-5 years of experience in recruiting/interviewing or equivalent experience in related field preferred. Experience in technical recruiting highly desirable. * Experience working with hiring managers * High volume recruiting experience * Experience in advanced sourcing and recruiting with a client with a defined process * Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence * Strategic thinker in sourcing and recruiting activities capable of analyzing market and demographic data and composing a comprehensive sourcing strategies * Proven track record of success utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies to include cold calling, direct sourcing, job boards, job posting and networking * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, executives and candidates. * Knowledge of applicant tracking system( Taleo Preferred) * Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible. * Excellent client service skills related to hiring managers and candidates * Must be results driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment * Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills including strong verbal and written communication * Ability to earn respect and influence Please Note: TriNet reserves the right to change or modify job duties and assignments at any time.
