JOB DESCRIPTION Remove, repair, assemble, disassemble, and test Conventional Wellhead equipment (casing heads, casing spools, tubing heads, valves, etc.) in shop and onshore environments in accordance with Weatherford and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) procedures. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Learn to identify, evaluate and install Conventional Wellhead Equipment. Sound understanding of Frack Operations, Greasing, using Torque equipment, proficient in rigging techniques. Examines, repairs, tests, and maintains Conventional Wellhead equipment at the customer site or in the Weatherford Service Centre. Operate, under supervision and perform basic troubleshooting and minor repair of service tools and Conventional Wellhead equipment. Must be receptive and able to comprehend training received on new products and services. Assist in the jobsite verification of all Conventional Wellhead equipment and supplies. . Learn to properly complete a job safety analysis (JSA) form and to assist in the performance of pre-job safety meetings. Responsible for maintenance, inspection and appearance of assigned company vehicle. Available on a 24 hour basis to respond to Weatherford or client needs Learn to complete all documentation required to perform duties (JSA, FSO, WPTS entries etc.) Works under the supervision of Service Technician II or above. Learns to maintain and performs general upkeep of the hand and service tools. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. Perform duties and activities as assigned by supervisor or mentor within the physical constraints of the job. QUALIFICATIONS Required: Must be willing to travel to job sites Must be available for 24 hour on call duty Must be physically able to conduct routine job tasks Good communication skills required - written & verbal Mechanical aptitude 0-1 year Wellhead Experience (field or assembly shop) The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations. Good driving record.
