Stewards Individual Placements, a program of Conservation Legacy, is looking for individuals of differing abilities to work alongside National Park Service in National Parks as AmeriCorps service members. We're looking for folks who are interested in a future career in natural resources, environmental science, parks and recreation, or conservation. These PAID positions will play a crucial role to improve access for people with disabilities in the National Parks. Depending on the specific YES position, some positions are in-person and some will have remote opportunities.
You will receive a weekly stipend of $600 a week, as well as an AmeriCorps Education Award that you can use for education—either towards continuing your education by taking classes or paying off school loans. You will also receive outdoor industry pro-deals!! Any necessary gear and equipment required for your position will be provided to you.

Duties:
Job duties will vary upon location and project!
Attend bi-weekly YES cohort meetings (online via Teams meetings) to collaborate with other YES members, attend professional development presentations, and give a capstone presentation on your YES project(s).
