    UPS Global Business Services (GBS) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented UPS Proactive Response Representative to assist our valued customers. UPS Proactive Response (UPR) is UPS’ premium package monitoring solution for customers who require UPS to proactively take action on at-risk or delayed critical shipments.     RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Utilizes the Proactive Response and eTT applications to determine the status of each at-risk or delayed package, including prior actions taken and future actions required
    • Follows established standards and customer-specific UPR procedures to resolve situations to exceed customer needs
    • Handles outbound and inbound telephone calls and e-mails from internal and external customers
    • Partners with Package Operations Management to facilitate resolution of delayed packages
    • Follows written procedures to identify and perform best course of action

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Convey confidence and ownership while interacting with others
    • Ability to build positive relationships with related internal and external functions (i.e. own work group, Package Operations, Sales, UPS Express Critical, customers, etc.)
    • Ability to successfully multi-task
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel spreadsheets
    • Proficient in eTT - Preferred
