iShip, a wholly owned subsidiary of UPS, provides internet-based, multi-carrier shipping services that allows customers to conveniently make the smartest shipping decisions. The comprehensive iShip service makes it possible for customers to price, ship, track, and manage shipments over the internet. The iShip service allows shippers to easily compare rates and services among multiple carriers, including DHL, UPS, and the US Postal Service.
The Executive Assistant will support the iShip Staff and Operations to ensure their ability to effectively and efficiently perform their organizational responsibilities. He/She will manage iShip Staff level schedules, coordinate all aspects of travel plans, plan meetings and company events. More importantly, he/she will build relationships throughout the organization, exercise judgment and discretion, and handle complex and difficult situations diplomatically.
