The assignments are crafted to help you develop exceptional functional and foundational knowledge by working on a range of projects needed in order to be a successful commercial leader for an Integrated Brand Team (IBT). Members will go through a robust marketing and innovation on-boarding program, opportunities to work on critical product launches, and have the support of peer and leadership level mentors throughout the process.

Based on business need and your personal preferences, you can rotate through three of the following rotational opportunities located at one of our corporate headquarters locations:

Learn and support budgetary responsibilities for marketing strategies. Engage with sales teams to work on promotional campaigns. Help plan and execute conferences attended by brand teams and/or external stakeholders.
    • Market Research or Commercial Analytics: Support the design, implementation, management and analysis of marketing research for the designated therapeutic area(s). Address information needs via primary and secondary research, and analyze, report and present findings and implications. Opportunity to build capability of understanding customer knowledge and external market competition. Support brand marketing teams by pulling big data into insights. Consult with key stakeholders to formulate strategy, identify potential tactical initiatives, enhance promotional programs and develop metrics for measuring/improving brand team execution.
    • Field Sales: Take on a field sales representative role for a product. With the support of a District Sales Manager, representatives will go through field sales training, manage a call plan, and work with key external stakeholders (HCPs and external organizations).
