    Skincare Research & Development Intern Overview

    This internship opportunity is in the Skincare Safety and Regulatory Affairs group within Skincare R&D Allergan Aesthetics which plays a key role in the safety surveillance and regulatory affairs activities of skincare products, including cosmetic and non-prescription drug products. Under supervision of a safety manager and regulatory affairs manager in the group, the individual will primarily support activities related to adverse event handling, product inquiries, and product registration/notification activities and other safety and regulatory-related activities.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Supports safety data collection and processing of adverse events for Allergan Aesthetics Skincare products.
    • Helps develop standard responses for skincare product inquiries.
    • Coordinates regulatory compliance activities for global product registration/notification activities for Allergan Aesthetics Skincare products.
    • Performs supportive safety and regulatory administrative duties, as needed.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field with an interest in the personal care product or aesthetic industry
    • Must be enrolled in university during the internship period and graduate between August 2024 - July 2025.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated; ability to execute with limited supervision and direction. Can work independently or part of a team.
    • Proficient in required software including Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

    The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.​

    The salary range is: (minimum: $12,526.56 to maximum: $16,301.70)​​

The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, incentive, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole and absolute discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion, consistent with applicable law.
