    This program is designed to enhance our pipeline of diverse talent of leaders.     Applicants for the Breakthrough Fellowship Program 10-week internship and intend to pursue their Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) or Master of Public Health (MPH) degree consistent with the time requirements of the program.

    ++Position Overview++

    This opportunity resides in the critical intersection and exchange between science and business.  The BOS purpose is to enable Clinical Development, Safety and Regulatory leaders drive their business by facilitating timely and informed decision making through 1) dynamic resourcing, 2) integrated analytics and 3) sourcing strategies/contracting that safeguard Pfizer’s interest.   Examples responsibilities include: resource and cost analyses to help business stakeholders forecast, measure, analyze, and manage R&D cost and opportunities for savings in clinical trial execution and vendor negotiations.

    Qualifications

    • Current Junior in a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or Data Science related coursework with a graduation date of Dec ‘22 or Spring 2023. 
    • Proficient in the MS Office Suite with strong Excel skills and ability to learn and utilize other systems/software, computer skills proficiency is essential
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience in cost or financial analysis
    • Ability to multi-task and accurately work with numbers, deadlines, and details
    • Min GPA 3.0
