    Job Description

    The Process and Performance Learning Coordinator supports the deliverable execution of the Process and Performance Learning team to ensure seamless planning, implementation, archiving of individual course material and comprehensive learning programs, and providing training and qualification to new technicians. Provide administrative and logistical expertise for distribution of material, scheduling, registration, communication, and preparing physical and virtual classrooms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and monitor internal and external SharePoint sites.
    • Perform administrative and logistical tasks for the implementation of learning experiences and programs, including but not limited to: webinar platforms, software licensing, registration and marketing materials.
    • Ensure all training material are appropriately archived and inspection ready.
    • Assist Management team with implementation and compilation of evaluation assessments.
    • Participate in the development and distribution
    • Develop training curriculum to support the qualification of R&D technicians.
    • Support the plants with execution of training, in conjunction with manufacturing staff.
    • Support the validation team with new/revised equipment by updating procedures and training curriculum as needed.
    • Support SAP training by adding/updating modules in GRC and coordinating instructor led training.
    • May fill in as a R&D technician during manpower shortages.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (or ex-US equivalent degree) is desired (minimum 4+ years significant relative experience without a degree).
    • Desired to have 2+ years of experience supporting training logistics.
    • Demonstrates analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Possesses good communication skills and demonstrated leadership abilities and problem solving skills.
