    Position Summary

    Transform your education and experience into fast-track career growth by joining the Corporate Security Rotational Development Program (within the Law Department Early Career Program), offering a high-performing culture that is made up of a diverse and inclusive workforce. The Corporate Security Rotational Development Program is a two-year, rotational program designed for graduates who are interested in experiencing a multifaceted and engaged corporate law department.  

    The CSRDP participants will work with investigators and decision makers to provide in-depth perspective on existing and emerging security risks and trends that could negatively impact our people, brands, properties, partners, information, and business reputation throughout the world.  

    We are looking for experienced BA/BS graduates who have a passion for private sector intelligence and threat analysis.  The program offers you the flexibility to create your own path through rotational projects aligned with your interests and the company’s most critical need, allowing for a completely customized developmental experience. Upon completion of the program, qualified associates will have the opportunity to apply for a full-time, non-rotational role that aligns with their personal aspirations and passion for enhancing in Intelligence Research & Analysis, Threat & Risk Assessments, Physical Security, Business Continuity, Criminal Investigations and Global Supply Chain Security Operations.

    Program Structure

    • 2-year full-time rotational program
    • Consisting of customized rotations in different areas like All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Threat & Risk Assessments, Physical Security, Business Continuity and Global Supply Chain Security Operations, etc.
    • Length of rotations will be flexible and based in the Princeton, NJ area
    • Close-knit, collegial environment

    Requirements:

    • Graduate with BA/BS degree preferably in Intelligence Studies, Criminology & Criminal Justice System, Forensic Science, Political Science, International Relations, Defense & Security Studies, Journalism & Mass Communication
    • Up to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
    • Experience or awareness of Global Supply Chains, Physical Security, Risk & Crisis Management and Security Operations Center (SOC) programs desired.
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future
