    Job Description

    The Finance Analyst applies expanded knowledge of accounting principles and procedure to support the PO creation/PO changes process, managing the full PTP (procure-to-pay) process for INTL HQ organization, ensuring the right level of internal controls in place. The Finance Analyst will also support budget management activities for INTL HQ Non-Brand functions (iCex, IMAP, HQ). Utilizes multiple financial and reporting systems. Consolidates information from multiple sources for basic and ad hoc reporting.

    Responsibilities

    • Owns PO creation and Vendor Data processes for their responsible department while ensuring correct documentation is provided.
    • Ensures the invoice payment process.
    • Prepares and reports on departmental spending activity for key account types and functional areas.
    • Establishes partnerships with stakeholders by understanding needs from meetings and applies what was communicated into action.
    • Performs and investigates budget reconciliations to ensure tracking of spend is in line with communication from stakeholders and IMCO finance guidance.
    • Manages workload under minimal supervision in day-to-day activities and receives general guidance for ad hoc tasks.
    • Performs work according to established procedures but encouraged to find efficiencies and communicate them to Manager

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
    • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
    • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP with ability to learn SNAPP and PowerBI.
    • Analytics capabilities.

    • This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
