    Job Description

    Purpose

    The Operations Capital and PE Financial Analyst will be globally responsible for ongoing balance sheet reporting, forecasting, and planning - assisting with financial models to support decision making. In addition, the Ops Capital and PE Financial Analyst will leverage the utilization of new technologies for Capital Planning in support of Requests for Capital Expenditures (RCE) ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    • Assists with month end close and financial reporting activities pertaining to capital expenditures for the Operations network consisting of 20+ Mfg Sites, S&T, QA, External Mfg, Supply Chain.
    • Prepares associated review packages and provides commentary of variances vs. planning cycles
    • Provides accurate and timely financial planning and analysis deliverables to direct Manager
    • Generates quarterly E/Y reporting schedules for PP&E across the Operations network
    • Utilizes Capital Planning tool to drive efficiencies in financial processes (planning, forecasting). Maintain appropriate security rights and access for end users.
    • Review and administer RCE’s for Operations network, ensuring appropriate application of financial policies and ensuring appropriate funding is available to maintain Capital budgets

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
    • Strong communication skills and customer support.
    • Proficient Excel skills required, experience with TM1 and SAP preferred.

    • This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
