    Job Description

    The Learning Operations Associate will work independently to coordinate and oversee multiple projects and support multiple programs (training, compliance, systems, etc.) within the department. Additional responsibilities to provide general administrative support.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the onboarding/transfer/offboarding app and manage enhancements to it as business requirements change.
    • Coordinate and manage the on/offboarding of employees in conjunction with training team.
    • Support new hire training logistics to ensure an effective onboarding process.
    • Manage learning management system (LMS) memberships and certifications.
    • Manage employee training files and training matrix as per job function.
    • Manage the LMS to ensure accuracy and compliance of employee learning requirements.
    • Perform all training administration responsibilities, including assignment of training to employees, LMS administration, reconciliations, ensuring training matrix is current and accurate in partnership with Compliance, and enhancements to the system.
    • Update LMS as per employees’ roles and responsibilities changes.
    • Manage training logistics to support Learning Operations Lead.
    • Perform and report training compliance metrics.

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree preferred and/or equivalent years of experience.
    • Project management skills requiring minimal supervision required.
    • Strong interpersonal and computer skills required.
    • Provides primary training project lead support for the Global Procurement and Supplier Management department.
    • Maintaining compliance to training policy and procedure.
    • Acquiring, maintaining, and tracking miscellaneous data on projects, including metrics.
    • Experience as an Administrator of a LMS.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

    • This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
