Job Description
The Learning Management System Specialist is accountable for administrating AEI’s Learning Management System (LMS) and working with stakeholders to ensure accurate and prompt assignment of training curriculum, reconciliation of late training events, support of audits and inspections, and supporting change control of training documentations and system releases.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for working with internal stakeholders to create, revise, and maintain training curriculum in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Responsible for managing user accounts/profiles and supporting end users by troubleshooting LMS functionality issues. Drive the periodic review of training plans to ensure assignments are accurate and meet regulatory requirements.
Accountable for monitoring training completion by generating compliance reports and communicating to the learner and manager. Responsible for working with functional management to reconcile training events completed after the assigned due date.
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of LMS help desk resolutions.
Responsible for providing training qualification documentation for audits/inspections. Contribute to the actions to address findings related to training responsibilities.
Monitor KPIs that demonstrate compliance and effective use of the LMS.
Maintain LMS processes and training material based on current processes and version of the LMS. Train administrators on the processes.
Responsible for working with the Document Center to investigate and resolve document issues that impact the LMS through the quality document management system integration.
Maintain and optimize system standards to ensure consistency and seamless experience for the end user.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or Adult Education.
2+ years of experience administering learning technology platforms and managing vendor relationships. Experience with system implementation is preferred.
Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Able to problem solve independently and take ownership.
Proven ability as a great communication and project management skills and demonstrated leadership abilities
Familiarity with systems operations and excellent planning, organizational and time management skills, including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects, both working independently and within a team.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
