    Job Description

    The primary responsibility for the Materials/Data Admin Specialist is to maintain equipment spare parts room, as well as maintain equipment parts inventory, issuing parts, purchasing parts, stocking parts, and ensure accurate parts inventory.

    Other responsibilities include supporting the department utilizing multiple software platforms (Maximo, Cognos, REES, RAM, SAP) with the purpose of maintaining equipment data and reporting accurate records, which include quality records across multiple business units.

    Also, perform maintenance schedules for equipment technicians. Maximo Super User status to write, monitor and complete Maximo Service Requests, entering new assets into Maximo, as well as, completing Maintenance Job Plans, and Calibration Data Sheets. Build Cognos queries for MEP data reports, Quality Audits and other departmental use. Monitor timeliness of equipment excursion records using REES database.

    They will also support equipment Planning and Scheduling for maintenance and calibration events, as required.

    • Maintain equipment spare parts program. Purchase, stock and perform annual inventory counts.
    • Initiate weekly equipment maintenance schedules
    • Maximo super user. Training, setup new users, and reporting using Cognos
    • Review product excursion records caused from possible equipment failures. Ensure records are reconciled and closed in a timely manner.
    • Prepare Maintenance Excellence Program (MEP) slides for department use.
    • Support internal and external Quality audits, department’s investigations and CAPAs as required.
    • Prepares training materials and performs training for onsite contractors

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma
    • 3-5 years Material Management, Database, and Planning experience preferred
    • Preferred Skills:
      • Systems database and report functions
      • OPEX
      • Budgeting
      • MS Excel, Word proficiency, Power Point, & Visio
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
      • GDP
