Job Description

In this newly created role, we are seeking an ambitious TA O&I Specialist to lead members of our O&I Process & Support team in the areas of technology/process support ticket investigation and resolution; TA Inbox management, recruiter job assignment and background check escalation; providing overall support to the TA function globally. In this role, you will not only lead this team but play a hands-on role delivering similar services to the business as well as work on ad hoc projects to advance our operational excellence and recruiter experience. This is a developmental role designed to give you significant experience and exposure to roles within Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop O&I Process and Support team, providing technology, services and process support to the global TA function
• Coach O&I Process & Support team on technology/process support ticket investigation and resolution; TA Inbox management, recruiter job assignment and background check escalation
• Manage O&I ticketing system and allocation of O&I resources to ensure smooth service delivery to global TA function
• Escalate critical technology, services or process support issues in a timely manner to ensure efficient resolution
• Partner with key stakeholders within O&I, HRConnect Operations, Workday Solutions, BTS and Total Rewards to ensure cohesive service support to the global TA function
• Project Team lead for HR/Talent Acquisition initiatives, to enhance and streamline current processes and solutions as required
• Other projects or administrative responsibilities as applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2-4 years experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, with minimum of 2 years in technology and process support such as O&I function
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem resolution (ability to escalate and prioritization resolution is key to this role)
• Managing competing priorities
• Stakeholder management—seamless communication with varied audiences to provide strategic guidance to the business (HRConnect Operations, Workday Solutions, BTS etc)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Maintain poise and demonstrate adaptability in high-pressure situations
• Experience with SmartRecruiters, MS Office, ticketing systems (service delivery)

Salary: $58,656 - $98,000
