    Pfizer Futures

    If you’re a college student, Pfizer Futures is your chance to gain real-world, impactful work experience for 10-12 weeks during the summer. This U.S. program offers undergraduate Freshman-Seniors, the opportunity to grow and develop into the next Pfizer Colleague. 

    With opportunities across the Enterprise, Pfizer Futures interns will support their division’s goals and initiatives while building relationships and learning about Pfizer. 

    The 2025 Pfizer Futures application portal will be open from October 15, 2024, to December 15, 2024. 

    Applications and placements for this program are reviewed on a rolling basis.

    Responsibilities

    Summer 2025 Strategy & Innovation Internship

    Business Innovation (BI) integrates Commercial Strategy & Innovation, Pfizer CentreOne / Pfizer Ignite, Portfolio & Decision Analysis, Strategy & Consulting, and Worldwide Business Development. This synergy enables BI to create sustainable, industry-leading growth for Pfizer, and put more breakthrough medicines and vaccines in the hands of patients.  Strategy and Innovation role responsibilities may include, (but are not limited to):   

    • Support the Business Development team with enterprise-wide business development initiatives including large-scale divestitures, acquisitions, licenses, and other partnership arrangements   
    • Partner with the Commercial Analytics Engineering development teams to provide data science and engineering support to create consumption-ready data products to be used for visualization across the Commercial business   
    • Support the Global Access and Value teams to conduct literature reviews and develop presentations, generate global payer insights, and provide support on pricing strategies

        

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Be immediately authorized to work in the U.S. This Program cannot support applicants who require employer sponsored visas now or in the future.
    • Be an undergraduate student enrolled in a full-time university program (an accredited college / university degree program at the time of application)
    • Be at least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date 
    • Have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA as of the most recently completed semester 
    • Be able to commute to a Pfizer location 4+ days a week. Please note, some lab/manufacturing roles may require additional on-site days

    Preferred Qualifications

    Studying applicable degree (Business Management, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Communications)

    This job posting is for a temporary role as an employee of Atrium on assignment at Pfizer. The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Atrium; compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer. The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, educational degree obtained, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law.

    In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.

    Pay Rate Range: $26/hr to $29/hr
