KPMG is currently seeking an Advisory Associate for our Transformation Delivery practice in Consulting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take a people-centric lens to assist organizations in the evaluation and preparation of transformation readiness activities
Align skills and interest over time to either project, change, or agile product management service offerings in ways that cultivate subject matter expertise and enable depth of knowledge that helps support our clients
Help execute approaches that simplify, redesign, or innovate existing processes and thereby drive efficiencies, positively impact culture and enable better collaboration across teams
Bring strategies to life by creating change management plans, capturing change impacts, executing communications and facilitating conversations between disparate teams to execute against a common goal
Assist with the development of digital and tangible products by responding to client changes throughout each stage of the product lifecycle
Create structure and accountability for projects by monitoring timelines, budgets, risks and issues in ways that help obtain the most value out of a transformation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be pursuing and have obtained by the start date or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months; Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Operations, Strategy, Management, Marketing, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent program from an accredited college or university
Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above
Critical thinking and quantitative skills, strong technical aptitude, demonstrated quality service mindset and ability to navigate MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent communication (oral and written), time management, organizational and leadership skills; Flexible and adaptable team player who can deliver under tight deadlines and work with diverse teams and leadership styles, sometimes with little guidance and supervision
Ability to travel and/or work on-site at client premises up to 90%, at times with relatively short notice
Ability to produce high-quality work, visually represent complex ideas or processes in a digestible format and maintain a high level of attention to detail
Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay

Seattle Salary Range: $85000 Los Angeles / Santa Clara Salary Range: $90000
New York City Salary Range: Low: $90000 - High: $100000
Colorado Salary Range: Low: $85000 - High: $95000
