    KPMG is currently seeking an Advisory Intern, Customer & Operations for our Advisory practice.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support strategic initiatives, focusing on business process, organizational structure, customer experience and technology & data transformation
    • Utilize cutting-edge technology trends, including cloud, machine learning and AI, to drive data-driven decisions, target operating models and new business strategies for clients
    • Enhance the KPMG brand through developing business proposals, market research and industry trend analysis to contribute to leadership initiatives and market offerings
    • Contribute to thought leadership, service offering development and client project delivery, focusing on marketing, customer service, sales, customer experience and e-commerce
    • Analyze and synthesize data to provide impactful insights and recommendations, supporting client projects in financial services, procurement, supply chain, program delivery, operational improvement and technology implementations
    • Contribute to the management of project activities, such as risk identification, report status tracking, deliverable coordination and client-facing presentations, ensuring high-quality deliverables and documentation, including process flow charts, presentations and policies/procedures
    • Participate in business process technical design, data strategy, development, testing and implementation of modern digital solutions, using industry leading vendor technologies including cloud-based technology platforms (Oracle, Workday, SAP), vendor technologies (Appian, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Outsystems, Unqork, Celonis) and Robotic Process Automation
    • Operate with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

    Qualifications:

    • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degree/majors; Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Strategy, Organizational Psychology or equivalent program
    • Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above
    • Strong technical aptitude, demonstrated quality service mindset, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook with a general understanding of data analysis technique
    • Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must reside within a commutable distance of the office for this position and be responsible for your own transportation, such as personal vehicle or public transportation, to get to and from office / client locations to satisfactorily fulfill your job duties, as determined by your practice leadership
    • Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay

    California Salary Range: $76000 - $95000
