    KPMG is currently seeking an Advisory Intern for our Human Capital Advisory team in Consulting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Actively support client-facing teams by contributing to work focused on Human Resources strategy, talent management, organizational design, learning and development and technology implementations
    • Assist with the customization and recommendation of approaches for clients unique needs by developing an understanding of client business challenges
    • Leverage KPMG methodologies, tools and technology to develop deliverables that support proposals
    • Participate in business development and sales initiatives by contributing to the development of formal responses to prospective clients seeking advice on their workforce challenges

    Qualifications:

    • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Management, Psychology, Human Resources or Human Resource Management/Labor Employment Relations, Management Information Systems (MIS), Communications, Education, Learning Design and Technology, Organizational Development, or equivalent program
    • Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above
    • Coursework or experience in business transformation, preferably with a people-centric component that may include process improvement, Human Resources strategy, organizational design, talent management and learning and development
    • Understanding of business processes and information management, project management methodologies and leading practices in these areas
    • Strong technical aptitude, demonstrated quality service mindset, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
    • Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work
    • Must reside within a commutable distance of the office for this position and be responsible for your own transportation, such as personal vehicle or public transportation, to get to and from office / client locations to satisfactorily fulfill your job duties, as determined by your practice leadership
    • Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
