    KPMG is currently seeking an Intern for our Marketing organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the development and execution of cross-channel digital marketing plans; collaborate regularly with media agency/partners to develop and deploy creative tactics through multiple media channels, including print, video, podcast, sponsorships, digital, search, social and new and evolving media; ensure deliverables are received on schedule and project timelines are met
    • Assist in management of brand campaign programs; project manage and assist with event management and sponsorships
    • Develop analytics and engagement reports of performance, identifying optimization opportunities, recommending and executing optimizations as needed; provide support for campaign tracking and reporting
    • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to leverage national marketing programs and deliverables into local initiatives; ensure sales enablement/marketing content is up to date and assets are easily accessible to internal stakeholders
    • Provide support to regional and account marketers with strategic brand and relationship research, competitive & market research and contact engagement data updates and analysis
    • Assist with pipeline and revenue reporting and analysis to inform and influence Marketing plans and strategies

    Qualifications:

    • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors; Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
    • Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
    • Interest and aptitude in following advertising and media trends
    • Demonstrated skills in building relationships and working effectively with all levels
    • Working knowledge of media and marketing channels (especially current and emerging digital opportunities) and an understanding of media metrics and KPIs
    • Ability to synthesize insights from data to inform strategic planning and decisions
    • Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook and social media platforms; experience designing in the Adobe Suite of tools, a plus
    • Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work
    • Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
