    KPMG is currently seeking an Intern, Process Excellence for University Talent Acquisition.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the development, localization, and global deployment of KPMG's new front office target operating model, including go-to-market business processes, roles and responsibilities, data, security and controls, and delivery model, and or the development and maintenance of KPMG's CRM product roadmap
    • Support the creation and lead presentations and discussions with partners and professionals from KPMG member firms related to the front office target operating model
    • Support and lead demonstrations of the CRM platform
    • Team with relevant stakeholders related to collaborative work (Functional users, Practice Operations, Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales)
    • Assist in management of content updates Target Operating Model assets, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts as necessary (training programs and materials, digital assets)
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the project plan
    • Manage time and work activities; proactively keep engagement manager apprised of progress and request assistance, as needed, to resolve issues

    Qualifications :

    • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Marketing or equivalent program
    • Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
    • Strong written and verbal English skills. Fluency in other languages, especially French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or German is preferred.
    • CRM/Salesforce Sales Cloud or previous experience with sales and marketing processes is preferred
    • Strong business analysis and problem solving skills – ability to determine business needs and translate those needs into business requirements that can be provided to technical teams for design and implementation or into business process or business guidance to enable adoption
    • Ability and willingness to collaborate across project teams cultures and levels of seniority (junior staff through senior leadership)
    • Strong technical aptitude, demonstrated quality service mindset, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
    • Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need. You must be located within the U.S. when working remotely. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
