    On this team, you will play a critical role in the growth of technology consulting services into new and existing mid-market RSM global clients in Managed IT Services, Cloud, and Infrastructure (MCI). Reporting to our GTM Manager, you will have diverse responsibilities ranging from product development, sales and marketing support, thought leadership, and operationalizing new capabilities. The ideal candidate has a blend of strategic and executional talents, attention to detail, a sense of curiosity, passion, and patience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide support for sales initiatives by creating and maintaining proposal quotes, ensuring that all documents produced adhere to high-quality standards and are consistent with service line guidelines
    • Coordinate meetings with Client Technology Advisors (CTAs) and leadership as necessary to discuss proposals for prospects and client renewals
    • Manage and oversee the Go-to-Market team visual taskboards within DASH, which include tracking prospects, renewals, change orders, terminations, and the various stages of these respective cases
    • Facilitate regular forecasting calls with leadership specific to active opportunities
    • Collaborate with various teams within the MCI practice to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality business deliverables while meeting established deadlines
    • Conduct Client Satisfaction Survey Interviews with appropriate segmented client base
    • Craft deliverable, coordinate debrief meeting with key stakeholders, and relay client feedback and actionable items to leadership and innovation teams
    • Prepare termination memos and initiate the offboarding process, including scheduling internal discussions with the relevant team and Leadership, as well as updating client experience documentation
    • Organize meetings for Client Technology Advisors, ensuring the execution of a planned agenda and effective communication with presenters and guests when necessary
    • Contribute to the Client Experience Working Team by drafting communications that address client insights from all survey platforms
    • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned or requested
    • Ensure that Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits are maintained in accordance with RSM requirements

    At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

    Compensation Range: $53,100 - $88,000

    Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
