    What does a Campus Ambassador do?

    • Assist campus recruiting team in developing on campus engagement strategy by providing unique, creative ideas, and by attending all campus events including (but not limited to):
      • Career Fairs & Meet the Firms
      • Info Sessions
      • Speaking to classrooms/organizations
      • Socials/RSM Hosted Events
    • Assist campus recruiting team by providing resumes/contact information of students on campus
    • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with early identified candidates and faculty
    • Market RSM career opportunities to students on campus and increase awareness of RSM’s employer brand via social media
    • Collaborate with peer Campus Ambassadors to proactively solicit and share campus engagement ideas with appropriate recruiter and school campus teams

    Do you have what it takes?

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Has completed a 2024 summer or winter internship with RSM
    • Ability to attend and participate in Campus Ambassador Orientation and Training
    • Enrolled in classes at respective university during the ambassador term

    Preferred Qualifications (what will get you ahead!):

    • Experience presenting in classroom settings, organizational meetings or other professional settings
    • Current or previous involvement in academic organizations, athletic programs, student government, community service, or other organizations on campus

    *Provided a candidate meets qualifications and is moved forward in the selection process, an offer for a Campus Ambassador position is contingent upon the candidate receiving and accepting a full-time offer with RSM.
