About the role
The CBRE Finance Internship accelerates your learning and development by providing you a great foundation upon which to build your finance career. This 9-week summer intern program will introduce you to our company, our fast-paced industry and our elite professionals. Program participants will receive real-world training and participate in networking and learning opportunities. This program gives you the opportunity to work with one of our Finance teams. team opportunities are:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Leverages knowledge and functional expertise to deliver consistent, world class budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning and analysis support.
Business Partnership - Aligns Segment Finance around CBRE’s business and go-to-market strategy by providing consistent, elite decision-making support.
Finance Processes - Establishes the governance around process standardization, compliance and innovation.
Finance Innovation Office (FIO) - Provides support for transformational initiatives which strategically combine people, process, technology, and data changes to provide improvements in overall performance.
Treasury - Monitors and manages global cash and debt across the enterprise in multiple currencies and banks. Our teams are focused on driving automation and process standardization to create operational efficiencies, monitor risk and improve global cash position.
Tax - Improves the tax efficiency of CBRE's operations and optimizes the tax results of acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations while ensuring that tax filing and payment obligations are met, and tax activity is accurately reflected in financial reports.
The summer internship will begin in June 2024 and end in August 2024. Interns will be located in either Dallas, TX or El Segundo, CA. Please only apply if you can commit to working in person in either Dallas or El Segundo during the 9-week summer program.

We are accepting applications starting September 2023 and will begin our formal selection process for the internship program in late October/early November 2023. Qualified applicants will be contacted in November 2023 if they have been selected to move forward in our process.

California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training and experience. The minimum salary for the Intern position is $25.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Intern position is $30.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
