Job Description Summary
As an Amenity Architectural Coordinator working for Taylor Morrison, you will be supporting our Area Amenity Architecture & Purchasing Team. This role is the glue that keeps it all together acting as liaison between departments with internal and external customers.

We trust that as an Amenity Architectural Coordinator you will: (responsibilities)
- Provide basic administrative support to the Architectural & Purchasing Manager and Amenity team
- Schedule and facilitate Architecture, Engineering, and/or Interior Design review meetings
- Schedule and facilitate plan review sessions with builder, vendors and purchasing. Follow up ownership for architecture updates resulting from the review sessions
- Conduct prototype walks on new plans built. Report any corrections to Architecture & Purchasing through plan revision process
- Participate in field inspections to ensure accurate execution of current plans and materials
- Ensure builders utilize plan revision process; track and facilitate any request through to implementation
- Provide support to builders in field through field inspections and takeoff research
- Research new products and assist Architecture & Purchasing Manager in determining products to be used; research products as needed and prepare cost comparisons of proposed products
- Bid administration assistance
- Contract administrator
- File management
- Assisting with RFIs and submittals
- Coordinate and track requests
- Monitor, track, and provide budget & schedule updates
- Manage and coordinate Amenity Signage
- Manage and coordinate monthly division amenity progress updates
- Site visits and field walks as needed
- Assist in creation of as-built plans for application of lessons learned on future amenities including amenity turn-over package
- Follow up with divisions on missing items such as site/civil plans

About you:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
- Must have excellent overall computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Must be highly proficient in Excel (testing required)
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher
- Previous experience with a Home Builder, Contractor or Construction Supplier a plus
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Will have responsibilities such as:
- This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.
